...and I absolutely LOVE what I do.
I get to capture moments that will never happen again. I get to present products in a new and interesting light. I get to see the look on a person's face when I make their passion project look like it belongs in a magazine.
My grandpa gave me my first camera when I graduated high-school, a Sony Cybershot DSC-W30. I was attending Missouri University of Science and Technology eight years ago, studying Mechanical Engineering, when I realized my passion for photography using that camera. Soon after, I chose to make this my life's work. I eschewed the stable, steady life and income of an engineer for the often-tumultuous, frequently exciting, and emotionally filling realm of photography and filmmaking.
Photography has taken me so many places, even onto the sets of feature films, popular television shows, and a critically acclaimed webseries. I am eager to see where it takes me in the future.
